We are pleased to begin the year with a Loyalife product update focused on three key areas: global expansion, impactful rewards for loyal members, and enhanced transparency across the platform.

Here's what's new:

Auto-credit rewards for skipped tiers

When members fast-tracked through your program (e.g., jumping from Bronze to Platinum), they used to miss out on the intermediate rewards. We have updated the logic to ensure that if a member skips a tier, they automatically receive the bonuses for the skipped levels as well.

Built-in support for 15 global languages

Launching in a new region often requires hours of manual translation setup. To speed this up, we have added pre-structured labels and templates for 15 major languages—including Spanish, French, German, and Portuguese—so you can expand to new markets instantly.

Native language communication triggers

Sending notifications in the wrong language lowers engagement. You can now assign a "Preferred Language" to any member, and the system will automatically send emails and alerts in their native language.

Unified file upload logs

Troubleshooting data uploads previously required checking multiple sources to find errors. We have combined success and failure logs into a single view, allowing you to spot exactly which records failed and why alongside your successful entries.

Four-year point expiration visibility

Members often fail to use their points because they don't realize they are about to expire. We added a transparency feature to the Member Dashboard that shows expiration details for the current year plus the next three years, helping members plan their redemptions better.
