We are pleased to announce the release of LoyaLife v7.21. This update introduces significant new capabilities designed to transform how your members interact with their rewards, while simultaneously streamlining your reporting and compliance operations.

Here is what’s new:

Turn points into currency: pay with rewards & cashback

We have introduced a comprehensive suite of APIs and file processing to support Pay with Rewards and Cashback , allowing members to use their points as cash in real-time.

We’ve added Create, Cancel, List, and Get APIs for both Redemptions and Cashback issuance. This shifts the program from a simple perk to a true currency, driving immediate financial gratification and higher member engagement. It includes enhanced automated validations to prevent processing for inactive members or insufficient balances, ensuring program security.

Flexible, date-specific reporting

Data is only useful if you can slice it the way you need it. We have upgraded the Custom Report Module to support flexible date ranges.

You can now generate precise analytics for specific campaigns or timeframes (Start Date & End Date), enabling faster and more accurate decision-making regarding program liability.

Smarter data pre-processing (Regex Support)

To improve operational efficiency, we have introduced Intelligent Data Formatting (Regex Pattern Matching).

The platform now automatically corrects common formatting issues in your file, such as accidental spaces or non-standard date formats, before processing. This significantly reduces manual intervention and file rejection rates.

Transparent audit trails for manual adjustments

Tracking manual point changes is now easier and more transparent.

All manual add/removes are automatically tagged with "Manual Adjustment" in the transaction description. Maker comments are now saved alongside Approver decisions in the Maker-Checker flow.

Success logs for file uploads

You no longer have to guess if a file worked.

We now generate Success Logs for Transaction and CPD files, in addition to the existing error logs. This helps confirm data ingestion instantly without needing technical support.

Quick wins & technical enhancements

Precision Timing: APIs and files now support exact timestamps (HH:MM:SS) for better accuracy.

New Member Activity Codes: Standard tracking codes added for PayWithRewards, PointsTransfer, and Cashback for better backend analytics.
Member Audit Report Upgrade: Generate member audit logs based on a custom date range, provided the bin_number attribute is present.
