We’re excited to share the latest updates in Loyalife v7.20, designed to transform how you engage members and streamline your daily operations. This release focuses on expanding communication channels, diversifying reward options with instant vouchers, enhancing platform security, and simplifying your design workflows.

1. Design Professional Emails with Drag-and-Drop

Use our new no-code, drag & drop editor to design branded templates visually with text, images, and buttons. Personalize them easily with dynamic fields like member_name and points_balance.

Benefit: Launch professional, mobile-responsive email campaigns faster without relying on technical teams for HTML support. 

2. Automate Milestone Rewards (Birthdays & Anniversaries)

Celebrate member milestones automatically! The new Occasion Reward campaign automatically issues bonus points for birthdays and anniversaries, eliminating the need for daily segment tracking.

Benefit: Deliver personalized, emotion-driven rewards that boost retention—without daily manual tracking.

3. Engage Members on WhatsApp

Expand your reach beyond SMS and Email. Loyalife now supports WhatsApp integration (via Twilio/Infobip), allowing you to send approved transactional and promotional messages directly to your members’ favorite app.

Benefit: Boost open rates and engagement by connecting with members on the channel they use most.

4. Automate Voucher Rewards via Rule Engine

Go beyond points-based rewards. Configure the Rule Engine to automatically issue gift cards or products via our Marketplace integration the moment a specific rule is met.

Benefit: Drive instant gratification and diversify your reward strategy to motivate customer behavior effectively.

5. Smarter Card Logic (Block & Color Codes)

We have introduced granular control for banking clients. You can now map specific Debit/Credit card Block Codes to colors to automatically determine if a member can accrue points, access the portal, or if their status should be "Cancelled."

Benefit: Automate complex eligibility rules and reduce manual intervention for members with blocked or restricted cards.

6. Secure Your Operations with 2FA

Protect your program data with Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). Secure your accounts using email-based OTPs and enforce strict lockout policies to prevent unauthorized access.

Benefit: Ensure your program data remains secure with enterprise-grade login protection and compliance.

7. Transparent Bulk Point Adjustments

You can now download separate log files for Success, Failure, and Incomplete processing. Error files now include specific error codes and messages (e.g., "Duplicate Mobile Number") right next to the data row for immediate context.

Benefit: Troubleshoot data uploads instantly and maintain better data hygiene without the guesswork.

8. Quick Wins & Enhancements

8.1 Rule Description Stamping: You can now map the "Rule Name" to the transaction description for clearer customer statements.

8.2 Permission Exports: The "Manage Team" export now includes a column listing all permissions per user for easier auditing.
