We’re excited to introduce the latest updates in Loyalife v7.19, designed to make your loyalty operations more efficient, compliant, and effortless. This release focuses on simplifying data management, personalizing reporting, improving performance, and deepening member engagement.

Automate Milestone-Based Rewards  

Celebrate member milestones automatically! The new Occasion Reward campaign issues bonus points for birthdays and anniversaries, targeting all eligible members without manual segment setup, ensuring consistent engagement and retention 

Benefit: Deliver personalized, emotion-driven rewards that boost retention and brand affinity — without manual setup or daily tracking. 

Simplify Member Data Management 

Managing member data is now easier. You can remove uniqueness restrictions on the last six digits and sub-relation identifiers for card or account numbers, while the system automatically blocks invalid or empty records to keep your database clean and accurate. 

Benefit: Streamline data imports and integrations without worrying about duplication or validation errors. 

Customize How You View Points Data 

The Total Points Accrued or Redeemed section now has configurable columns, letting you personalize your view while keeping default columns visible. 

Benefit: Quickly focus on the data that matters to you — no exports or IT support needed. 

Reward Members at Scale, Without Limits 

The manual bonus upload capacity has increased from 1,000 to 30,000 records. The system handles these large uploads efficiently, maintaining speed, stability, and accurate reporting, while automatically logging any invalid entries. 

Benefit: Easily distribute large-scale rewards in minutes instead of hours — with confidence and precision. 

Stronger Control Over PII Data 

The PII Data Toggle is now irreversible. Once enabled for a report, it cannot be turned off, ensuring full traceability and preventing accidental exposure of sensitive information. 

Benefit: Strengthen compliance and maintain a secure audit trail for reports containing personal data. 

Smarter Transaction Descriptions 

The Rule Engine lets you control transaction descriptions, displaying either the merchant’s name or the configured rule name for consistent, clear reporting. 

Benefit: Gain cleaner, more meaningful transaction data that improves traceability and reporting quality.
