This month’s Xoxoday Loyalife updates focus on high-precision data, automation, and deeper customization for your brand. Here’s the breakdown of what’s new:

Decimal-based point calculations

Precision is everything in loyalty. The system now calculates and reports points using decimal values (up to 2 places) for better accuracy.

Whether a member is looking at their balance or you’re pulling an accrual report, the numbers will match perfectly. No more rounding confusion or "disappearing" fractions of points.

Dynamic (Smart) segment linkage for rule groups

Previously, rule groups could only be linked to manual segments. You can now link dynamic segments directly to rule groups.

When a member qualifies for a new tier (like "Gold"), the system automatically triggers their rewards in real time. Your behavior-based rewards now run on autopilot, eliminating manual list management.

Cleaner member summaries

The member transaction view is now decluttered. Instead of auto-applied date filters, you’ll see the 10 most recent transactions by default.

Faster auditing and a cleaner UI. Plus, your table column preferences now stay saved every time you log back in.

Role-based report sharing

Collaboration just got easier. Instead of picking individual teammates, you can now share reports by user role (e.g., all "Program Managers") in one click.

Users will only see the specific reports shared with them. If you share a transaction report, they won't see your Custom or Communication tabs, keeping your data siloed and secure.

Make the platform your own (optional branding)

Your loyalty program should feel like a natural extension of your brand. We have introduced a branding visibility control managed via the backend to ensure a seamless brand experience.

Program owners can now request to show or hide the Loyalife logo directly in the UI.

Persistent column configurations

Tired of resetting your table columns every time you log in? Now, when you configure and save columns in the member transaction summary, platform remembers them. Your preferences stay put across logouts, browser refreshes, and session timeouts.

Unified transaction API

The Transaction API now handles multiple transaction types in a single request. Use the new AdditionalLoyaltyTxnTypes key to pull everything at once.

Faster performance and less "API chatter" when fetching both transactions and reversals.
