What We Did:

Every bulk adjustment is automatically logged in the system.
Full traceability of file uploads, approvals, and rejections is maintained.

Automate Report Delivery, Reduce Manual Effort

Manually downloading and distributing reports is time-consuming and prone to errors. Loyalife’s automated report upload ensures your team spends time on insights, not paperwork.

What We Did:

Admins can now schedule reports to SFTP folders, internal storage, or APIs automatically.
Sensitive or time-critical reports can use Maker-Checker approvals: one user verifies, another approves.
Full tracking of status and history for every report.

Secure Your Promotional Points with Approval Workflow

Promotional campaigns are high-stakes. Auto-crediting points can lead to errors or compliance issues.

What We Did:

Promotional campaigns now require approval.
Program managers receive a downloadable CSV of eligible members and points before approval.
Checker approval moves points from “on hold” to member accounts.

Unlock Deeper Insights with Custom SQL Reports

Standard dashboards can’t always capture the unique insights your business needs. Loyalife’s Custom Report Configuration (SQL-based) lets admin users create reports tailored exactly to your requirements.

What It Does:

Admins can now create custom SQL-based reports, beyond standard templates.
Reports can be scheduled daily, weekly, monthly, or on-demand.
Variables are automatically replaced with live data at runtime.
Only authorized users can create or modify reports while others can view and share securely.

Changing campaigns or KPIs shouldn’t mean rewriting queries. With Configurable Variables, you can update metrics once, and changes automatically flow across all linked reports.

What We Did:

Added Configurable Variables so metrics can be updated in one place.
Linked all related reports to these variables for automatic propagation.
Logged every change in audit trails to ensure full compliance and traceability.

See Only the Transaction Data You Need

Fixed report columns force unnecessary complexity. With Dynamic Column Configuration, each user can choose the transaction data they need on the fly.

What We Did:

Introduced Dynamic Column Configuration for session-based personalization.
Enabled support agents, program managers, and analysts to filter and select only relevant columns.
Ensured global settings remain unaffected while allowing temporary custom views.

Target the Right Members with Rule Group Segment Linkage

Manually assigning rewards can be error-prone and time-consuming. Loyalife’s Rule Group Segment Linkage ensures the right members get the right rewards, every time.

What We Did:

Active Manual Segments can be linked directly to rule groups.
New members in linked segments automatically inherit future campaign eligibility.
Segments cannot be changed or deleted once assigned, preserving integrity.

Gain Clear Oversight with Maker-Checker Report Export

Tracking approvals manually slows down operations and creates compliance risks. Loyalife’s Maker-Checker Report Export gives you instant visibility across modules.

What We Did:

Export all Maker-Checker actions as CSV from Pending or All Actions views.
Users see only modules they manage.
Filter by date range for focused reporting.
Files stored in Reports > Administrative Data with audit logging.

Smarter SFTP File Handling with Pre-Processing

We’ve added a Pre-Processing Script feature for SFTP-based CPD and TXN files. Super admins can now configure transformations directly from the frontend such as adding or removing columns, updating values, converting delimiters, or restructuring rows—before the files are processed.

What We Did:

Super admins can add/remove columns, update values, convert delimiters, or restructure rows directly from the frontend.
Normal CPD/TXN processing continues if pre-processing is not used.
