Membership Blocked – Full Program Restriction

Learn how to block and unblock a member on Loyalife

Overview

The Membership Blocked status is a new restriction mode in the loyalty system. It is designed for situations where a member must be completely restricted from all program activities — login, earn, and redeem — due to fraud, regulatory action, or other program-level decisions.

Unlike the existing Login Blocked status (temporary lock due to failed login attempts), the Membership Blocked status is:

  • Applied manually by an admin (with maker-checker approval).
  • Removed manually by an admin.
  • Permanent until lifted.
